Hi, I’m Austin, an elementary music educator teaching internationally in Beijing, China.

When COVID first disrupted in-person learning, I suddenly had to rethink how I taught music. At the time, there were very few online resources available for elementary music teachers, especially for engaging students in meaningful, active ways.

As I learned how to teach music online, I began creating my own materials — movement activities, play-along videos, and classroom tools designed to keep students musically involved, even through a screen. I started sharing these ideas on YouTube, and as more teachers around the world faced similar challenges, the channel gradually grew.

Much of what I create now goes beyond YouTube. This website is a place to gather and share the videos, resources, and materials I’ve developed over the years, all in one space. My hope is that you’ll find something here that’s useful for your classroom and inspiring for your own teaching.
